3-Ingredient Protein Cookies

These fudgy cookies are a simple, PCOS-friendly sweet option, with protein to help support stable blood sugar and insulin balance. A balanced snack like this can help satisfy cravings while still working with your hormones, not against them.

Ingredients:

(makes 6–8 cookies)

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 scoops Double Choc FloFit Protein Powder
  • Optional: dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Mash the banana until smooth.
  3. Add peanut butter and Double Choc FloFit Protein Powder. Mix into a thick dough.
  4. Scoop onto the tray and gently flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until set but still soft in the centre.
  6. Cool and enjoy, or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.


Extra Tip: Add a few dark chocolate chips or crushed walnuts before baking for extra crunch.
