Using the omega has helped my bloating go down and also I've been using the bathroom regularly now. Before it was every 3-4 days now it's every day. I love it. I've lost about 20 pounds in a month in a half.

I have struggled with cravings for sweets and overeating for months now. The product was recommended to me by a friend, and I jokingly said to her that my feeling of being full and not wanting more food as well as craving sweets must be a placebo effect since I had only taken the supplement for a few days. She said no and that it was totally possible to see the positive effects after only a few days. Now that I have taken the supplement for a whole month, I can honestly say that it even curbed any cravings or overeating during my cycle. This product is amazing, and I will definitely continue using it.
I have been taking Nouriah Health Supplements for 3 months and I added omega 3 along with Estroease couple weeks ago. I haven't had my period for 3 months after a failed IVF. I went to the doctor to see what's wrong and the doctor told me I am in perimenopause. So my period may not come anymore. After taking these Supplements my period came yesterday June 5th. First time customer. Been taking the metabolism bundle for about a month now. While I see no difference in the scale I do feel my clothes a little loose.its a good feeling! Overall I think it’s a good bundle of course it has only been a month so I would like to continue to take it to see if I continue to see a difference. Think it’s definitely worth a try, just wish it had more blood glucose pills, that’s the main reason I bought it. The omega 3 def help with bringing down cravings especially when you taken 2-3 a day.

It helped balance things out
In this pic are the Ovulate and Regulate, Period Repair, Omega Plus, in addition to my prenatal, Berberine, and CoQ10 pills. I take these supplements everyday for my TTC regimen. These pills are wonderful. My cycle has been coming sooner than before and I feel great. I will soon incorporate some herbal teas to my regimen in my TTC journey.
Daily Omega+ has changed my life in ways I did not think it would! I have much more energy, notice my skin is glowing and my hair and nails are stronger. Easily digestible! No after taste! Never makes me sick
I have been taking the Sugar Balance Pills and the Omega pills. I was waiting for my cycle to start before I take the Myo Chiro-D Inositol pills, but my cycle hasn't started yet. I haven't really noticed any changes yet. Maybe I need to order a second round before I see some changes.
To say that I LOVE these products would be an understatement! They have worked sooo amazingly well! I’ve even shared them with my mom and aunt whom do not have PCOS but diabetes and the Blood sugar vitamins as well as the anti-inflame vitamins have helped them soo much that there blood sugar levels have been balanced and they feel amazing! They’ve been taking the vitamins for the last 4 months and I’ve been taking since last year. I’m horrible with remembering to take the vitamins but several months ago I decided to be consistent and let me say; I went two weeks without taking my vitamins due to not reordering in time and the difference was insane! I will never forget to take my vitamins and I’m set up on recurring orders so I never have to worry about running out! Highly recommend ALL THE VITAMINS OFFERED! We have answers to our PCOS problems just remain consistent ladies!

I’ve been taking Omega’s for a couple years now on and off. Mainly for the mind. But now that I’ve been reading more about other wonderful benefits that it can have for my hormones I am definitely more motivated in taking them!

I’ve been using the skin health bundle for almost 3 weeks and I’ve already noticed a huge improvement in my skin. I’ve always struggled with acne but since I started using the skin health bundle I haven’t been getting the inflamed hormonal acne that I normally get. Convenient supplement
I’ve been using these for my daughter who’s autistic nonverbal and she suffers with pcos/hormonal imbalance. I’ve only been giving these to her for about 3 weeks now but I noticed so far her hair is not shedding or constantly breaking off. Her skin is much clearer, she has less bloating. I noticed before when she wasn’t taking anything for inflammation, she would be severely aggressive. I’ve been noticing her being more calm than usual, she’s still aggressive sometimes but a lot less than before. So far these vitamins has been a good help to my daughter’s daily regimen. I will definitely order them again, I’m excited to see how she’ll do months later taking these!
I’ve been consistently taking these supplements for nearly a year now and I’m so happy I took the chance on Nourished Natural Health. I wanted to really see how these worked for me before writing about my experience. But let me tell you, it’s worth every single penny and more!! You really start to see the results after 3 months. Small background of myself; I’m someone who has had irregular periods for a little while now. I would go a month to nearly 2 months without one, so when it did arrive, they would be painful and extremely heavy. I was never acne prone, but I would get a large pimple here and there right before. I had insane sugar cravings. I also started to notice consistent bloating and discomfort, and struggled to maintain my weight. As someone who’s 5’10 and always obtained a thinner and healthy frame, I knew my body was going through something. I will be fully transparent, when first trying these, I was feeling discouraged because I wasn’t seeing results as quickly as I wanted which also caused me to not be consistent. But I failed to see that you truly start to see results around 3 months and consistency IS KEY. Im so happy I kept trying because they have been a blessing. I have had a consistent period for the last 6+ months with minimal cramps and pain, and it’s RIGHT on time which is something I also struggled with. At the end of 2024 I was 215lbs, I’m currently 170lbs with a healthy goal of 160lbs-ish for my height. Every now and then I’ll crave something sweet, but it’s no where near as bad as it used to be! And when I do eat my little sweet treat, I normally stick to dark chocolate/cocoa or something on the healthier side. I also notice that my mood swings have significantly reduced. I truly feel like my hormones are so much more balanced. I want to also express that it took more than just taking these supplements to see results. I took my fiber intake very serious, and I reduced 75% of the sugar that I consumed and I started eating healthier and exercised. These supplements have helped those cravings a ton! I still struggle with hair (on chin specifically) and as someone who has always had extremely thick hair, I noticed that it’s thinner these days, though not terribly..so I’ll be getting the androgen blocker to help combat that and I cannot wait!
